Banned from Lithuania!

In a couple of weeks I was supposed to go out to Lithuania to present some of my work as an artist/magician as part of the Alytus Biennial: Art Strike Biennial. But it turns out, owing to a new law past in Lithuania banning anything that gives credence to paranormal phenomena, that my activities would be illegal. The law also bans other activities, significantly anything promoting homosexuality. For an article on the subject see:

other psyhonauts in Belfast?

I was just wondering the other day if there were other people interested in this stuff in Northern Ireland. I know od a Druid. I have a friend who is in the OTO, but he’s moved abroad. But that’s about all I know. I think I taught a witch once, but I don’t know what she was into though. I think she put a spell on one of her essays in the hope it’d get her a better mark. It turned out she failed that particular one. But I did really want her to pass. hmmm…

If there’s more of you out there let me know. I’d be interested in finding out what goes on under my nose and under the radar.

Money Magick pathworking

Given that I recently placed a sigil on the bank of England to aid money to come my way, I thought I’d begin to do some path working to help things along. It was to this end that I bough a Rabbit Riches Scratch card, when I went to buy some things for Breakfast in the local shop. Surprise Surprise, I won £2! This is promising start!

Money Magick

Today I was in London. I’ve been a bit short on cash recently so I decided to use magick to do something about it. I went and placed a sigil on the bank the bank of England. I did this in chalk. When it is washed off by the rain or some over enthusiastic cleaner, it will be activated. Quite simply, the purpose of the sigil is to compel money to come to me. Lets see how this works out.

astral journeying

I’ve been feeling really drained recently, so I think I’m going to make some music to aid with astral journeying. It been a while since I made anything like this so the process could be a slow one. I think the last time I played with anything like this was when I was a teenager and I used to hypnotize my friends. I once found out that my mate Dave was a Chinese bloke who died beside a fountain. How the hell he ended up on Ballymena in his next life??? the mind boggles.

Meeting Derek Acorah!

Yesterday I went to see Derek Acorah deliver his psychic messages from beyond the grave at the Water front Hall in Belfast. Sadly Derek had no messages for me, but his show was fantastic in many ways. I had know idea he was so funny in real life. Anyway, here’s a photograph of me and Derek. clairvoyance with Guess who

Last night was my partners birthday. One of her friends bought her the game of ‘Guess Who’. We played it in teams in the pub for a bit of fun. As we played one of my team mates suggested that as I’m a Magus I should try and use a bit of clairvoyance to see if I could guess the other teams character early in the game. We tired it twice and each time it worked!

what was even more surprising was that when my partners mother called around the morning after with birthday gifts it seems my psychic abilities had not worn off. One of the presents she was given was very obscure. As she opened it trying to guess what it was I laughing joked that it was a shrunken voodoo head. when she finally got it out of the little bag it was in actuality a little model of a severed head from some horror film! I laughed. I couldn’t beleive I’d got this so spot on!

Strange stuff indeed.

Making More ghosts

Since my first experiment with making ghosts I have been spending time reflecting on the process. I think my first attempt was interesting, but I have devised another means that it may be possible to make a ghost, although this approach will take a much longer period of time.

I have been thinking about the fact that some people believe that stones can record the psychic vibrations of people and events. This is why ghost sightings are often reported after renovations have been performed on a house. I have decided that for an undisclosed period of time I will use the same routes between different parts of Belfast and try and record my image and movement into the brickwork and fabric of the city. By repeating the routes and wearing the same clothes I will hopefully be able to record myself into the stonework of the city. I will perform this, concentrating on the old area of the city centre around high St and corn market. SO, if in the future you see a man in a hat in and three-quarter length coat you might want to look twice and check it’s not the ghost I’ve been making.

Magick for buses

I’m getting pretty sick of missing the bus from the end of my road, so yesterday I decided to make a sigil and draw it on the underside of one of the seats on the bus I normally get. I decided I do this each time I get on a bus (If I hadn’t put the sigil there already), that way I wont miss the bus and be late for anything again.
